Here you will find answers to the most frequently asked questions about orders, delivery, returns, and shopping at the “Marema” store and online.

How quickly do you ship the order?
Most orders placed on business days and paid successfully are prepared and shipped the same or next business day. Delivery time in Lithuania is usually 1–3 business days from order confirmation.
What delivery methods do you offer?
We send goods to Omniva and LP Express parcel lockers, as well as deliver via Omniva courier to your home. You can also pick up goods on site – PC “Tilžė”, Tilžės g. 225, Šiauliai.
Can delivery be free?
Yes. When ordering goods worth more than 100 €, shipping via Omniva or LP Express parcel lockers is free. The exact and latest information is always provided in our delivery information section.
How can I return an item if it didn't fit?
You can return goods within 14 calendar days of receipt if they are unused, undamaged, with original labels and packaging. Before returning, please contact us by phone or email to arrange the return process. Detailed conditions are provided in the Goods Return Policy.
Can I try on the goods in person?
Yes. You can view and try on all goods in our physical store PC “Tilžė”, Tilžės g. 225, Šiauliai. Working hours: Monday–Saturday 10:00–20:00, Sunday 10:00–18:00.
Can I change my order if I have already placed it?
If you notice a mistake or want to change the size, color, or delivery method, please contact us as soon as possible by phone +370 618 39626 or by email [email protected]. If the order has not yet been shipped, we will try to adjust it.
How will you contact me about my order?
All information about order confirmation, payment, and delivery is sent to the email address you provided. If necessary, we may also contact you by phone if clarification or additional information is needed.
