Product Return Rules

1. General Provisions

These rules regulate the procedure for returning and exchanging goods at the company "Marema". Returns and exchanges are carried out in accordance with the applicable laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

2. Return Conditions

• Goods can be returned within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt.
• Returned goods must be unused, undamaged, and have original labels and packaging.
• When returning goods, please provide your name, surname, order number, the amount of returned goods, and bank account number (IBAN).

3. Non-returnable Goods

• goods made to order or individually customized;
• goods with clear signs of use or wear;
• personal hygiene items (e.g., underwear), if they have already been used or the packaging is damaged.

4. Return Process

• To return a product, first contact us by email at [email protected]
• Send the product back to the address provided by us. We recommend choosing registered shipping so you can track the parcel.
• Once we have received and checked the product, we will inform you about the return status by email.

5. Return Costs

• The cost of returning goods is usually covered by the buyer.
• In cases where the reason for return is our error (e.g., received a defective, damaged, or incorrect product), we cover the return costs.

6. Refund Duration

• Money for returned goods is refunded within 14 business days from the day the goods are received and checked.

7. Refund Methods

• Money is refunded using the same payment method that was used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed with you (e.g., to another specified bank account).

8. Warranties

• If the product has a factory defect or was damaged during shipping, it can be returned or exchanged for another product at no additional cost.
• The duration of the warranty period and specific conditions are indicated for each product separately, if such a warranty is applicable.
