1. General Provisions

1.1. These Terms of Service (hereinafter – the Rules) establish the procedure for the purchase and sale of goods, the rights and obligations of the buyer and seller, payment and delivery conditions, the procedure for returning goods, and other aspects related to purchases in the online store marema.lt.

1.2. The operator and seller of the online store is the company “Marema”, located at PC “Tilžė”, Tilžės g. 225, Šiauliai, Lithuania.

1.3. By placing an order, the buyer confirms that they have read and agree to these Rules.

2. Conclusion of the Purchase-Sale Agreement

2.1. The purchase-sale agreement is considered concluded from the moment the buyer forms an order in the online store and confirms it.

2.2. The seller has the right to refuse to fulfill the order if the goods cannot be delivered due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., the goods are not in stock) – the buyer will be informed personally.

3. Prices and Payment

3.1. All product prices in the online store are indicated in euros and are final.

3.2. Payment can be made by the following means:

  • electronic banking (via Paysera);
  • bank card;
  • bank transfer;
  • cash in the physical store.

3.3. The order is processed only after full payment is received.

4. Delivery Conditions

4.1. Goods are delivered via Omniva or LP Express parcel terminals, by courier, or can be picked up at the store.

4.2. Delivery times are indicated in the delivery information section.

4.3. The buyer must provide correct contact details. The seller is not responsible for delays if the data is provided inaccurately.

5. Return of Goods

5.1. Goods can be returned within 14 calendar days if they do not meet expectations.

5.2. The returned item must be unused, undamaged, with labels and in the original packaging.

5.3. Return costs are covered by the buyer, except in cases where the return is due to the seller’s error or product defect.

6. Product Quality and Warranties

6.1. All products sold are made from natural leather or fur (unless otherwise specified).

6.2. If the product has a factory defect, the buyer has the right to return or exchange it free of charge.

6.3. Natural materials (leather, fur) may have natural texture differences – this is not considered a defect.

7. Buyer’s Rights and Obligations

7.1. The buyer has the right to:

  • purchase goods according to the procedure set out in these Rules;
  • return goods as provided by law;
  • receive quality customer service.

7.2. The buyer undertakes to:

  • provide correct data in the order form;
  • pay for the goods on time;
  • accept the ordered goods.

8. Seller’s Rights and Obligations

8.1. The seller has the right to:

  • temporarily suspend the store’s operations;
  • change the assortment of goods, prices, and Rules;
  • refuse to fulfill the order if the buyer has provided incorrect data.

8.2. The seller undertakes to:

  • provide accurate information about the goods;
  • deliver orders on time;
  • ensure the protection of buyers’ personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

9. Liability

9.1. The buyer is responsible for the accuracy and security of the data.

9.2. The seller is not responsible for the operation of services provided by third parties (couriers, payment systems).

9.3. The seller is not liable for losses arising from unforeseen technical disruptions.

10. Intellectual Property

10.1. All photos, texts, and designs on the website belong to the company “Marema” and are protected by law.

10.2. It is prohibited to copy or use them without written permission.

11. Personal Data Protection

11.1. The buyer’s personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy, which is an integral part of these Rules.

12. Final Provisions

12.1. The Rules may be updated or changed, and the new version comes into force upon its publication on the website.

12.2. Disputes are resolved through negotiations, and if unsuccessful – in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
