Product return policy

1. General provisions

These rules govern the procedure for returning and exchanging goods at the company “Marema”. Returns and exchanges are carried out in accordance with the applicable laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

2. Return conditions

Goods may be returned within 14 calendar days from the day they are received.
Returned goods must be unused, undamaged, with original labels and packaging.
When returning goods, please provide your first name, last name, order number, the amount/value of the returned goods and your bank account number (IBAN).

3. Non-returnable goods

goods made to order or individually customized;
goods with clear signs of use or wear;
personal hygiene items (e.g., underwear) if they have already been used or the packaging has been damaged.

4. Return process

To return an item, first contact us by email at [email protected]
Send the item back to the address we provide. We recommend choosing registered shipping so you can track the shipment.
Once we receive and inspect the item, we will inform you about the return status by email.

5. Return shipping costs

The cost of returning the goods is usually covered by the buyer.
In cases where the reason for the return is our mistake (e.g., a defective, damaged, or wrong item was received), we cover the return shipping costs.

6. Refund timeframe

Money for returned goods is refunded within 14 business days from the day the goods are received and inspected.

7. Refund methods

Refunds are made using the same payment method that was used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed with you (e.g., to another specified bank account).

8. Warranties

If the item has a manufacturing defect or was damaged during shipping, it can be returned or exchanged for another item at no additional cost.
The warranty period and specific conditions are indicated separately for each product, if such a warranty applies.
